He began his marine career in 1994 with Astro/ProCraft and has since achieved significant milestones, including running the most profitable Toyota Service Department in the U.S. Chris has played a pivotal role in expanding dealer networks for prominent marine manufacturers such as Blazer Boats, Seafox, Savannah Boat Works, Falcon Boats, Armada Pontoons, and Carolina Skiff.

Jay started his career in 1991 with a retail dealership, progressing from detailer to General Manager at Ermin Marine in Nashville, TN. In 2001, he transitioned to sales, representing Baja Boats/Brunswick Corporation. Over the years, Jay has worked with top manufacturers, including Beneteau, Carolina Skiff, Sea Chaser, Armada Pontoons, and Falcon Boats.

Scott has a strong background in marketing, coupled with years of experience in the fishing and marine industries. Previously, he owned Florida's largest grassroots bass tournament trail, which connected him with boat manufacturers. In 2014, Scott joined Blazer Boats as Marketing Director and Southeast Sales Representative, where he spent nine years expanding their dealer network. He has also contributed to Savannah Boat Works, Armada Pontoons, and Falcon Boats.

With 34 years of expertise in the marine industry, David’s journey began in 1994 at Champion Boats, where he dedicated 12 years. His extensive experience also includes working with leading manufacturers such as Nauticstar and Carolina Skiff, making him a seasoned professional in the field.

As a recent Arkansas State University graduate, Jamie is a rising talent in the marine industry. During his college years, he completed the Sales and Management Training program at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, breaking all company records in sales and customer service. Jamie now embarks on a path to follow in his father’s footsteps, building a robust sales team and making his mark in the industry.
